Observed improper thawing method (standing water) actively used for thawing meats. Observed multiple food items stored on the floor in walk in cooler and freezer.

Raw meats stored over cooked and ready-to-eat foods. Dishwasher has no sanitizer being dispensed (0 ppm Chlorine). Cooked chicken held on a thin layer of ice temping 68°F-embargoed 3 lbs of chicken. Several cooked foods not date marked. Cleaning chemical not labeled-corrected immediately. Cut vegetables and cooked food not covered in the walk in cooler. Rice scoops held at room temperature in standing water. Boxes of single use item on the floor. Cardboard lining a shelf and used to store to-go items. Inside of the reach in freezer is dirty. Several non-food contact surfaces dirty.
