Tropical Storm Laura shows it will strengthen into a hurricane and make landfall along the Louisiana coastline near Lake Charles as a major category 3 hurricane Wednesday night or Thursday morning. Friday evening into Saturday we could get rain from what will be the remnants of Laura.
