Michael Palascak started performing stand-up comedy in college but kept it a secret.
People would ask, “What are you going to do after you graduate?” He’d reply, “I’m pretty sure my parents are taking me out to eat.”
His career is definitely no secret now. He has appeared on “A Little Late with Lilly Singh,” “The Late Late Show with James Corden,” “The Tonight Show,” “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” “Conan” and has a Comedy Central half-hour special. A re-released clip from his Comedy Central special recently topped 330,000 views on YouTube in less than three months.
Michael Palascak / Michael Palascak Contributed PhotoPalascak, also a Top 5 finalist on “Last Comic Standing,” is at The Comedy Catch, 1400 Market St., for six shows Thursday through Sunday, Feb. 20-23.
He performed at Montreal’s Just For Laughs Comedy Festival last summer, where he taped a set for Kevin Hart’s LOL Network.
