Body found in Rhea County identified as Bradley County woman missing since Aug. 14

A body found last week in Rhea County, Tennessee, has been identified as a 34-year-old Bradley County woman who was last seen Aug. 14 in the Cherokee Boulevard and Stringer Street areas of Chattanooga, authorities said.

The body was identified as that of Amber Renee Monday, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Susan Niland said in an email.

"Our agents have been working with law enforcement officers from multiple jurisdictions to try to locate her since she was reported missing out of Bradley County last month," Niland said.
