For at least the third time since Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene became a congresswoman, Twitter has suspended her account, this time for a week, for posting that the Food and Drug Administration should not approve the coronavirus vaccines and that the vaccines were “failing.”

Twitter said in a statement that Greene violated its coronavirus misinformation policy again. The media company said this was Greene’s fourth “strike,” which means Greene could be permanently banned from the site if she violates the policy again.

Twitter suspended Greene a month ago for tweeting similar misinformation about the coronavirus and masks.

On Monday night, Greene tweeted, “The FDA should not approve the covid vaccines” and said there were too many reports of infection and spread of the coronavirus among vaccinated people. She also added the vaccines were “failing” and “do not reduce the spread of the virus & neither do masks.”

In late July, Greene was recorded at a private event in Dothan, Alabama, where she suggested the crowd might want to greet government volunteers promoting the COVID-19 vaccine with guns if those volunteers knock on their door.
