Good morning Good Day readers!
I sat down with my family in the early spring/late winter of 2020 to fill out the census online, marking forever in history that we were here.
I’m sitting now imagining how interesting it will be in the far future when a distant relative of mine pulls up my record, filling out a family tree for a school project.
But the census is much more than a mere “I existed” left for future generations. It tells a story of who we are as a country, a state and a city, shaping funding and representation for years to come.
