TO DO SUNDAY

– Trick or treat: With Halloween falling on a Sunday, lots of families may have kickstarted the candy haul by trick-or-treating (or trunk-or-treating) at events earlier in the weekend. But there’s no reason you can’t don your costumes and go out again, whether door-to-door or at an organized event. Here are two such haunts.

HALLOWEEN BLOCK PARTY – Downtown Cleveland, Tenn. Highlight is Treat Street provided by Mars Wrigley Confectionery opening at 5 p.m. Oct. 31 on Church Street; plus Trick or Treat Stroll at downtown businesses, 3-6 p.m. Music on Courthouse Stage: Bad Tattoo at 5 p.m., Dexter Thomas Band at 7 p.m. Costume contest on Fun Stage at Post Office annex, 4 p.m. Free.
