The Rivoli Mills Building at 2301 E. 28th St. is 31,644 square feet in size including warehouse space, according to commercial real estate broker Lisa A. Brown of Keller Williams Realty.

The two-story structure, where knit golf shirts were once made, was built in 1910 and renovated in 2014.

With a sale price of $990,000, the structure is less than one-half mile from Interstate 24, according to the broker.
