Juan Galindrez had a hat trick and the Chattanooga Red Wolves set a USL League One record for goals scored in a match in a 7-1 win over Charlotte Independence Wednesday at CHI Memorial Stadium.
Rey Ortiz, Rafael Mentzingen, Jorge Paez and Pedro Hernandez also scored for the Red Wolves (5-5-2), who moved into second place in the league standings with 17 points.
The club hosts FC Tucson (2-6-2, 8 points) Saturday.
