The one-story brick structure is located at 6238 Lee Highway, or at the road's intersection with Highway 153. In excess of 75,000 vehicles per day pass the site, according to commercial real estate broker David Hampton of Hampton Investment Properties.
The 3,902-square-foot building has an asking price of $6.6 million.
The site most recently held medical offices, and it received extensive renovation which was completed in 2022 for that purpose, according to Hampton.
For many years, the structure was a Regions Bank branch. It's located about one mile from the Chattanooga Airport, and the property holds 40 parking spaces.
The adjacent shopping center features a fitness center, bowling alley and a variety of small shops.
