Something nice recently happened.
I was on my circular trips to Home Depot to get what I needed to complete a job. At the self-checkout, when I reached for my wallet, I realized I had taken it out of my pocket and left it at home.
I asked the clerk to cancel the transaction and was on my way to put the products back in stock when a woman chased me down saying she would buy it. At first I thought she needed it, and it took me a minute to realize she was offering to buy it for me, with no payback other than a suggestion to pay it forward.
I wanted to share this genuine random act of kindness with everyone to show that there are kind and generous people out there and that there is hope for the better.
Have a good weekend, all. Stay safe everyone.
