The nonprofit group ArtsBuild announced Monday that actor Alan Cumming of "Spy Kids" fame will headline its fall fundraiser.

Money raised will support community arts organizations and programming as well as field trips for Hamilton County Schools children.

The event will be held at 8 p.m. on Sept. 14 at the Roland Hayes Concert Hall on the campus of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Leaders in the arts community will be honored.

Information about ticket sales can be found at ArtsBuild.com/intermission. Regular tickets will cost $125, and tickets including a private reception with the actor will be $250.

Cumming has been called one of the three most fun people in show business by Time magazine, according to an ArtsBuild news release. He is a two-time Tony Award winner and the author of six books. He is the host of the new game show series "The Traitors" on Peacock and stars in the musical comedy television series "Schmigadoon!" on Apple TV+.
