The fire reportedly started on Oct. 4 when a car parked outside was set on fire, then spread to a residence.
Two people were inside, according to the sheriff’s office, and a third person, who is quadriplegic, was in another small building near the main house.
No one was injured, and the fire was put out by the Mowbray Volunteer Fire Department, officials said.
Surveillance footage from a nearby church shows a person in a black jacket “pouring an unknown substance on the front passenger side of the vehicle and the concrete,” then igniting the substance, according to a police report.

Video showed the person running back to the church after the fire started, the report said. Footage also reportedly showed the person and a passenger riding a red motorcycle in the area several times around the time of the fire.
According to the report, deputies recognized the motorcycle, which belonged to Harris. Witnesses and other law enforcement accounts connected him and Harvey to the video.
