This year, McKamey Animal Center raised at least $61,000 at their third annual Paw Palooza pet walk and festival. Held by the riverside at Coolidge Park, this event included activities such as pet adoptions, a Doggie Run and a Doggie Splash Zone. People and pets alike enjoyed the many refreshments, food and services offered by well over 65 vendors, along with a group walk and a fundraising competition and other contests.
