GreenTech purchase means no psychiatric hospital in Eastdale

Plans have changed for a 162-acre tract off Tunnel Boulevard.

Since December, it was flagged as the future home for a large, dense development that planned to bring around 1,600 residential units to the Eastdale area.

Developer Michael Kenner withdrew his plans for that project in May.
