A 22-year-old Bradley County, Tenn., man has been indicted on child rape and child pornography charges, according to a Bradley County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Adam Dylan Souders, is charged with one count of rape of a child and a federal prosecution is being sought for the manufacture, distribution and possession of child pornography.

A joint investigation with the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office and Cleveland Police Department found that Souders was in possession of over 150,000 images and 12,000 videos of suspected child pornography, which included images of Souders taking pictures of himself sexually assaulting a 3 year-old child.

The images and videos were found after a search warrant was served by the agencies’ Internet Crimes Against Children task force.

“Sadly, the thousands of images and videos that were shared by Souders portrayed victimized children,” Sheriff Eric Watson said in a statement. “The primary goal of Bradley County Sheriff Office’s and Cleveland Police Department’s participation with the I.C.A.C. task force is to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who sexually assault and exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims.”
