Chattanooga police have arrested two people in connection with an April homicide that occurred near Eastgate mall.
According to a news release, Jadarius Conyers, 31, and Dominique Jones, 31, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, tampering with evidence and arson of personal property.

Conyers and Jones were arrested in connection with the April 26 shooting death of a 27-year-old man, who was walking through a parking lot near Eastgate Town Center when he was shot. Emergency services transported the victim to a hospital, where he died.
Authorities did not identify the victim in the release.
