About 5 p.m., East Ridge police responded to a dispatch call regarding a potential assault in the 1400 block of Greenslake Road, the release said.
Officers found Caleb Disterdick, 26, covered in blood in front of the house. Disterdick didn’t appear to be injured and was immediately detained. Officers then found the victim inside the home, according to the release.
