Here’s a look at the business trends for November in the Chattanooga area.

WHAT OPENED

Wine Down Bistro and its adjacent sister restaurant, Neighbor of Wine Down, reopened in late November after the restaurants temporarily closed due to “operational hardships,” according to the owners.

Food City held a grand reopening for its expanded store in Harrison, Tennessee.
