A multiagency investigation found a spa off East Brainerd Road was being used as a cover for a prostitution operation, according to a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office press release.
Wei Guang Han, 63, was arrested Sept. 9 at S-Lucky Spa and charged with prostitution. The arrest came as a result of a joint undercover operation by the Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations, the press release said.
Investigators said the business advertised on a website known for promoting prostitution.

Han’s arrest was part of a broader statewide effort targeting suspected illicit massage businesses, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
