I really have to tell you how blessed we are to have such talented store buyers in Chattanooga. When I travel to different cities I not only practice yoga and have fun, I shop the hippest stores to see what trends are hot in that particular city. I recently visited Santa Monica and checked out many ultra-cool stores. Several of the latest jewelry and clothing lines that are here in Chattanooga were displayed in the California shops. I couldn’t help but feel so proud of our city.
Not only was I able to practice yoga from the skills taught to me from North Shore instructors, I was able to see for myself that our Chattanooga store owners are up on the hottest trends in our country.

- Choose a color theme. To keep your packing minimal, select your clothing to coordinate with brown or black shoes & boots. Force yourself to only pack two pairs of shoes. This will also give you space for athletic shoes or hiking boots.
- Animal-print blouses and cardigans are very easy to dress up or down. These tops can give you both a sophisticated chic and a boho hip look. Black, brown or denim bottoms will complement most of your animal prints. Extra tip: Add a vest to create more looks from your same pieces.
- Don’t be afraid to buy corduroys! Thanks to stretchy soft cottons, some cords feel like pajamas while still looking amazing in a palette of rich autumn colors. If cords aren’t your thing, then try a pair of “waxed” denim. Believe it or not, these are comfy too.
