Large hole on I-24 eastbound closes lane over Chestnut Street

TDOT closes the eastbound right lane on Interstate 24, at the 178/6 mile-marker late Sunday.
Bridge Inspector Jason Tays was first on the scene to check into reports of a hole in the second span of the bridge directly over Chestnut Street in downtown Chattanooga.
