The Tennessee Justice Center, an advocacy group that supported Gov. Bill Haslam’s Insure Tennessee plan to provide health insurance to some 280,000 low-income state residents, is seeking to measure the impact of the plan’s failure.

Officials from the center will hold a public meeting Tuesday in Chattanooga to speak to and hear from the public. It’s part of what center officials called a statewide tour.

The event will start at 6 p.m. at St. Elmo United Methodist Church, 4626 St. Elmo Ave. Find a link at www.facebook.com/events/961720470514780/.
