Who’s your favorite “Game of Thrones” character?
I have never watched the show, although I did Google it to see a character breakdown.
Which GOT character do you think you would be?
There were too many GOT characters for me to decide.
Who would you have put on the Iron Throne?
I tried to Google “GOT Iron Throne,” but couldn’t figure out what it was or means or who sits on it.
Last book you read and/or show you binge-watched?
Michelle Obama’s best-selling autobiography, “Becoming.”
If you ruled the world (or Chattanooga), what would you change?
I would eliminate student debt and make salaried positions available for ALL college graduates who have invested their time, money and energy pursuing “the American Dream.”
Who would be on your advisory council?
Michelle Obama, Daymond John, my parents (Quenston and Andrea Coleman), my aunt (Anita Chapman), Maronica Tibbs, Lorean Mays, Angie Griffin, Shasta Vance, Tarashenda Harris, Marte Williams, Christy Mathew, Fred and Cindy Smith, Sandra Griffin (my elementary school teacher), Marlena Toney, Yesima Williams, Deborah Thurman, Rodney Van Valkenburg, Ricardo Morris, Bruce Evensen, Lisa Pecot-Hebert, Denise Zacardi, Shannon Winding. These are all people that have inspired me to keep striving in the midst of my struggles.
Is ruler a position you’d even want?
No. It would be too exhausting and stressful for me.
What drives you professionally and/or personally?
The perfectionist that lives in me drives me to look for ways that I can contribute successfully to my community. It is my hope that I can leave a better world for future generations to inherit. I know it sounds like I’m on the campaign trail, but I really mean it.
What’s one thing you’d really like to accomplish? Has that goal changed over the years?
I would like to write and produce a story about overcoming adversity based on my own experiences. I’ve had this goal for a few years. I look forward to hitting that cue. Maybe it will be produced on Broadway.
