Ronald Blackwell Jr. turned himself in on Monday after being accused of firing a gun at multiple people earlier this month.

On May 14, two brothers went to drop someone off for work at the Arby's at Northgate Mall Drive when they were confronted by Blackwell, an acquaintance of their mother, according to Hamilton County Court records.

They told police they'd been in an argument with their mother earlier that day, and it got physical, court records state.

That's why Blackwell was confronting them, they told police.

Blackwell told them, "B - -, I'm going to kill y'all" before walking to his vehicle and taking out a handgun, court records show.

He then aimed and fired at each of the three victims individually, court records state.
