Let celebrities bag your groceries today. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Food City is hosting its 13th annual “Celebrity Bagging” fundraising event, benefiting our very own Neediest Cases Fund.
The fund was established by our publisher more than a century ago and helps locals in need with one-time donations to help them get back on their feet.
So, who are these celebrities, you ask? We suggest you go and see for yourself.
Participating Food City stores are located at 3801 Tennessee Ave. in Chattanooga; 5604 Hixson Pike in Hixson; 531 Battlefield Parkway in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia; 255 Ocoee Crossing North in Cleveland, Tennessee; and 105 South Hill St. in Athens, Tennessee.
