The sister of one of the four men who escaped from the Silverdale Detention Center was arrested on Wednesday by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

Hanna Renee Boles, 30, Trevor Lynn Hall's sister, was arrested and charged with assisting him with the escape from Silverdale on July 23.

The arrest came after investigators went through phone calls made by Hall from Silverdale the evening of July 22 and determined that his sister had helped him escape.

"Trevor told his sister, Hannah, to be on her way to pick him up. She advised him she would call and make sure he was supposed to be getting out," the Sheriff's Office affidavit said. "Trevor advised her to not call, just come get him. She made the choice to pick him up, knowing he is not supposed to be out of jail."

Boles picked up Hall and dropped him off at an undisclosed location in Bledsoe County - where Hall is facing other charges - and Hall "dropped off inmate clothing and a note to a victim in his case over there," the affidavit said.

After that, Boles took her brother to another undisclosed location, where he could hide, according to the affidavit.

Boles is the second person arrested in connection to the escape. Boles has been booked into Silverdale and charged with one count of facilitating an escape and one count of accessory after the fact.

On Saturday evening, Jennifer Frazier, 39, was arrested after agreeing to help her boyfriend, Justin Lynn Conner, escape and then lying to investigators about her involvement.

Investigators determined that Conner was at the 3200 block of Dodson Avenue, where "he was provided clothes, food and a ride," before being taken back into custody at Soddy-Daisy, according to the affidavit.

The announcement of the escape was made in a news release by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

"At approximately 5:30 am, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Corrections Services personnel found that four inmates in a minimum security housing unit at the Silverdale Detention Center were missing during headcount," J. Matt Lea, the office's spokesman said in the release. "The facility was immediately placed on lockdown, and an investigation revealed the four inmates breached an exterior door and scaled the perimeter barbed wire fence."

According to Lea, two of the four inmates - Van William Atkins III and Johnny Bryant - were captured at a motel off McCutcheon Road within hours of their escape. While the other two - Conner and Hall - remained at large until that evening.

"Justin Lynn Conner was taken into custody in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, by Hamilton County Sheriff's Office personnel," Lea said in a news release. "Trevor Lynn Hall was taken into custody in Jackson County, Tennessee, by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office in collaboration with HCSO fugitive personnel."

Atkins, Bryant, Conner and Hall are scheduled to appear before Hamilton County General Sessions Judge Lila Statom on felony escape charges on Aug. 3.

Frazier was arrested and charged with one count of criminal conspiracy and one count of accessory after the fact. Frazier is being held at the Silverdale Detention Center on a total bond of $20,000.

Frazier was assigned a public defender by the magistrate at the time of her booking. She is also due to appear before Statom on Aug. 3.

Boles is also being held at Silverdale on a total bond of $10,000 and was also assigned a public defender by the magistrate. She is expected to appear before Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge Gerald Webb on Aug. 3.
