Two teenagers were arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with a homicide last week near Tunnel Boulevard, police said.
On Sept. 11, officers responded to reported shots in the 1400 block of Lillian Lane, according to a news release.

They found a 16-year-old with life-threatening injuries, and the teen was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
An initial investigation found the victim had been walking in the area when he was shot.
