Delicacies like butternut squash grit cakes and braised beef short rib tostadas paired perfectly with bubbling champagne at Preserve Chattanooga‘s Best Cellars wine-tasting benefit event. Held at the Hunter Museum of American Art, the event featured creative dishes by chef Kevin Ramquist and Latin-influenced music from the Robert Crabtree trio. Through their fundraising efforts, Preserve Chattanooga — formerly Cornerstones, Inc. — raises funds to protect and restore historic landmarks, preserving the city’s architectural heritage for future generations.
