At the hospital, the victim told police that he, Allender and a woman were having a party with alcohol and marijuana when Allender started taking his clothes off and attempted to have sex with another woman in the home, according to an affidavit.
The woman was uncomfortable, the victim told police, so he helped her into a room with a lockable door so she could feel safe. Allender then walked into the room and started shooting, the victim told police.
