Stadium rent a good deal
As reported on the front page of today’s TFP, (5/16) the Chattanooga Lookouts pay $1 million for their first year’s rent on a brand new $115 million facility which is less than 1% of its construction cost and includes maintenance.
If the city/county was to give me a similar deal on a brand new $300,000 condo, my monthly rent would only be $217.39/month.
