Wrong number: drug dealer arrested after accidentally texting Bradley County detective, police say

Christopher Andrew Brewer was arrested after he mistakenly sent a text to a Bradley County Sheriff detective offering drugs for sale, officials say.

A wrong number will result in jail time for alleged drug dealer Christopher Andrew Brewer, 27, who police say accidentally texted a Bradley County detective's county-issued cell phone with an offer of drugs for sale.

"R 30s and Opana 40s today," the message from Brewer said. Opana is a addictive prescription drug, classified by police as a schedule II narcotic. R 30s may refer to Adderall, according to the Drugs.com database.

Playing along, the detective asked for a location where the two could meet and "complete the transaction," according to a news release.
