In regards to the letter sent in (Perspective, 01/11/26):

I personally like to read the Rants. I don’t always agree with them, but they cause you to consider other people’s views on local and world happenings.

I would like to see a short Rant column in every edition. Please keep the Rant column. [The letter’s author] has a choice to read or not read them, but should not make that choice for me.
