Leslie's arrest comes nearly three months after Chattanooga police named him as a suspect and over two months since he was added to the TBI's Top 10 Most Wanted list.

Numerous local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies worked together for nearly four months to locate Leslie after Whiteside's body was found in her home with blunt-force injuries to the head.
