Red Lobster's new menu is a seafood lover's delight. Among several dishes to debut are Lobster Rolls, which come two to a plate for a more-than-filling meal. Sweet Maine lobster meat is lightly tossed with mayonnaise, celery and onion and served on two buttery toasted rolls.
If lobster isn't what you're fishing for, other new items include maple-glazed salmon and shrimp, pecan-crusted jumbo shrimp, cedar plank salmon and Parmesan-crusted tilapia.
"The new menu allows guests to enjoy delicious, new seafood dishes inspired by different regions of America right here in Chattanooga. The best part is that all of our new menu items are less than $20." said Travis Stewart, general manager of the Northgate location.
