A man was hospitalized for smoke inhalation and heat injuries he suffered when his travel trailer caught fire early this morning on Calypso Lane in Sale Creek.
According to a news release, an electric space heater had been placed too close to a bed and a fire resulted. The man, whose name wasn't released, was awakened by the popping and cracking sounds of the fire and escaped from the trailer. He was taken to Erlanger and his condition is unknown, the release stated.
