Celebrate those lazy, crazy days of summer with a big ice cream cone. President Ronald Reagan proclaimed the third Sunday in July as National Ice Cream Day. Rosie's Ice Cream shop will offer 25 handmade flavors along hot dogs, hamburgers, prizes and fun all day on July 18. They are located next to City Hall.

Kevin Beavers this Saturday when he arrives from Iraq. He has another year to serve, but will be home for a couple of weeks before returning.
