Hamilton County Board of Education members voted 5-3 tonight to elect Everett Fairchild chairman of the board. Fairchild defeated Linda Mosley.
Jeffery Wilson was unanimously elected vice chairman.
Voting for Fairchild were Mike Evatt, David Testerman, Rhonda Thurman, Joe Galloway and Fairchild himself. Voting for Mosley were George Ricks, Jeffery Wilson and Mosley. Board member Chip Baker was absent.
