A 20-year-old man pleaded guilty in Hamilton County Criminal Court Tuesday to vehicular homicide for his role in a 2009 crash that killed a Grace Baptist Academy sophomore.
Trevor Addison Burke was 18 on May 8, 2009, when a crash on Ooltewah-Ringgold Road on May 8, 2009, killed Ryan Gill.
Judge Rebecca Stern ordered Burke to serve three years’ probation with community service that includes public talks on the dangers of speeding.
Police said speed was a factor in the crash.
