Does the 807 Fire and Ice Club on Market Street pose a public safety hazard?
The 807 Fire and Ice Club on Market Street could lose its liquor license when it faces the Alcoholic Beverage Commission in Nashville on Jan. 10 regarding two violation reports filed last month.
On Nov. 1 and Nov. 7, the commission filed violation reports regarding incidents on Aug. 26 and Sept. 10, respectively.
Special Agent Jim Richardson with the Alcoholic Beverage Commission’s Chattanooga office said the two violations concern law and order on the club’s premises.
The Beer and Wrecker Board revoked the club’s license to sell beer in October, but the club’s owners appealed the decision and will be able to sell beer while awaiting a hearing.
Richardson said the investigation is ongoing.

Is this the end or are we going to hear another story about the pack of savages that hang out in this dump? Can you IMAGINE having spent $200,000 or $300,000 for a nice downtown condo and having to put up with these canker sores?
