No jail time for Sequatchie commissioner accused of soliciting teens for sex

No jail time for a Sequatchie County commissioner accused of soliciting teen girls for sex.

Barney Slatton accepted a deal, Wednesday, instead of going to trial, pleading guilty to statutory rape and solicitation of a minor.

He was given four years probation.

So will he or will he not have to register as a sex offender? What about Greg Austin? Did he have to register as a sex offender?

America has 6 year olds being charged with sexual assault for playing doctor with their playmates. One case in particular the prosecutor wants to child to have to register for life as a sex offender when he turns 18. But these real pervs get a free pass?
