CarMax Inc., the Richmond, Va.- used car retailer, has announced it is now hiring about 90 people to man its new store in Chattanooga.
The new store, to be located on Overnite Drive in East Brainerd, across Interstate 75 from Hamilton Place mall, is set to hold its grand opening Feb. 29, 2012.
The store will have 36,000 square feet of space and will be the retailer’s first location in Chattanooga.
CarMax said it seeking to fill positions in sales, purchasing, inventory and in its business office as well as those who will serve as service advisers and technicians.

I have bought several cars and trucks from Carmax here over the last 10 years. I have NEVER been disappointed. You will never go back to a regular dealer or used car lot after one trip to Carmax.
I agree with joecrash1 comment. My husband, my son, and I all have cars that we have purchased from CarMax (one in Nashville and two at the Knoxville store). It's a great system, I love it. Shop online, pick the vehicle you want, talk it up on the phone ahead of time. From the moment I arrive for my test drive, I'm out of there in less than two hours. Only now we won't have to travel out of town to go to CarMax!
