Soprano Michelle Waller and baritone Benjamin Bailey will present music from Broadway's golden age in a concert Saturday at Chattanooga State Community College. Pianist Mary Ann Hite will accompany the singers.

Presented by the Music Department, "Encores From the American Songbook" will include 25 selections considered standards in musical theater.

Among the composers represented are George Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Selections will come from such shows as "Oklahoma," "South Pacific," "My Fair Lady" and "Phantom of the Opera."

Waller, Bailey and Hite are based in Atlanta, though Waller graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in music education.
