South Cumberland State Park hikes: Friday, 2 p.m. CDT, moderate 4-miler from Savage Gulf ranger station to Savage Falls; Saturday, 8:30 a.m., strenuous 10-miler from Grundy Forest parking area to Fiery Gizzard gorge and Ravens Point; July 15, 7:30 p.m., moderate 4-miler from Savage Gulf ranger station to Savage Falls; July 16, 10 a.m., easy 2-miler from Grundy Forest parking area on day loop trail; 2:30 p.m., moderate 2-miler to Greeter Falls, swimming optional.
