Woman charged in connection with Sunday stabbing

A 29-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a Sunday morning stabbing.

Lakisha Harris was arrested Sunday and charged with attempted first-degree murder, said Chattanooga police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.

Harris is accused of stabbing 18-year-old Mark Harden in a residence at 7604 Standifer Gap Road.

Harden was hospitalized following the incident, Weary said, and there are no updates on his condition at this time.
