A Chattanooga man was indicted Wednesday on murder and assault charges in a Sept. 12 shooting death.
The Hamilton County grand jury indicted Lathe Corbin, 30, on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment in the death of Aundre Bush, 19.
Hamilton County District Attorney Bill Cox showed cell phone footage of the shooting during Corbin's preliminary hearing Sept. 20.
Corbin's attorney, Martin Levitt, said in the hearing that his client drew his weapon after Bush had fired in his direction.
Levitt said at the time that the video "was not the whole picture" of what happened during the Southern Street brawl.
