A Chickamauga couple is accused of illegally dumping tires on an elderly man's property.
Chickamauga Police arrested 46-year-old Rodney Greer and his wife, 27-year-old Jennifer Greer. Both are charged with unlawful commercial dumping.
Police say the two visited to multiple gas stations and offered to remove tires for a few dollars a piece.
The pair, who does not have a license or permit, used property behind their 89-year-old landlord's home to dump the tires.
