For the second night in a row, Chattanooga Police responded to a shooting.
Kenneth Eady, 44, called police shortly after 8 p.m. from 2709 Roanoke Ave., saying he’d been shot in the hip, according to police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary.
Eady told police his stepson Marcus Jones and another man came to the residence, where Eady and Jones got into an argument.
At some point during the spat, Jones pulled a gun and shot his stepfather, Weary said.
Eady was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
Warrants have been issued for Marcus Jones. Weary said police are trying to identify the other man who was with Jones at the time of the incident.
