courtesy Dennis WilkesEPB took a couple of hours to restore power to almost 60 customers after a dump truck overturned on DeSales Avenue and took out a utility pole.
EPB spokeswoman Deborah Dwyer said power was restored about 7:20 p.m.
The accident affected three transformers, she said.
