Name: Stonebriar townhomes
Location: Located in Cleveland, Tenn., Stonebriar offers comfortable, inexpensive housing in the center of one of the fastest-growing areas in the Southeast Tennessee area. Students may attend Mayfield Elementary, Cleveland Middle or Cleveland High schools.
Status: Of the 25 existing buildings, 10 units are available. Two more units are under construction, and a new phase of 10 new buildings is about to start. Each building contains four units.
Price: Units range in size from 1,100 square feet up to 1,500 square feet, and range in price from $112,900 to $134,900. A variety of styles are available, including single and double-level homes, with either two or three bedrooms. All townhomes have two-and-a-half bathrooms.
Features: A handful of builders lend a variety of styles to the neighborhood. Some structures are Craftsman-styled while others are all-brick. Porches come standard, as do hardwood floors, granite countertops and full trim.
Amenities: Units are wired for Charter Cable, and both satellite TV and AT&T are available. There are no homeowners association dues. The YMCA is just around the corner, as is Bradley Square Mall. The farmers market is a mere three minutes away, and I-75 is just a 10-minute drive.
